Founder and Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the Bahrain Bayan School, Dr Sheikha May Al Otaibi is a successful businesswoman on a mission to develop the next generation of Bahrain. Guided by a deep sense of responsibility and driven by her inner strength, she is passionate about pioneering the role of women within business and establishing a strong, united society – ultimately strengthening the endeavors of ‘#TeamBahrain’ and striving to build a better future for the Kingdom. She believes that every woman, no matter what her job role, is vital in contributing towards our national growth – recognizing that every working woman is an invaluable pillar of growth for the Kingdom. Ultimately, we must be united as one within our nation and continue to empower and educate the diverse generations within Bahrain.

President of Al Zayani Investments, Nawaf recognizes the tools invested in developing Bahrain's future and sees that the goal of economic growth is engraved in the nation’s DNA and its inclusivity, as both are necessary elements of success. Bahrain continues to move forward with policies and reforms that empower businesses and industries to establish themselves and grow. He emphasizes the prosperous investment environment that the Kingdom has thanks to its infrastructure, human cadres, legislation and laws that enhance development opportunities.
