In case of a new activation, your bill encompasses charges from the date of activation through the end of the last month. Moving forward, you will be billed for the entire month, commencing on the first day of the succeeding month.
We issue our customers 3 types of bill.
An overview of all the services and products you pay for and which can be found in your corporate account.
Service bill is issued per service, and outlines the breakdown of the costs involved in that service.
You will receive a bill for each product in your plan. This bill shows the total package costs for a particular product.
