Understanding your Bills
Bills are released on the first of each month and payment is always due on the 28th of each month.
Your bill includes a clear breakdown of charges and services to make it easy to understand. If you'd like to view a detailed version of your bill, then please log in to your account to use our fast and easy online service.

In case of a new activation, your bill encompasses charges from the date of activation through the end of the last month. Moving forward, you will be billed for the entire month, commencing on the first day of the succeeding month.
Different types of bills
We issue our customers 3 types of bill.
Corporate bill
An overview of all the services and products you pay for and which can be found in your corporate account.
Service bill
Service bill is issued per service, and outlines the breakdown of the costs involved in that service.
Individual bill
You will receive a bill for each product in your plan. This bill shows the total package costs for a particular product.
